Its called hip hop evolution. this is a forum that is been put in place by the cameroon hip hop association which is gonna give way for the hip hop camer artist to show some evolution according to Sezawo he is bend on succeeding. this functions in a method that is called face to face its gonna open a forum between the madia for the hip hop artist camer to speak out their minds and explain their problems so far as hip hop camer is concern this will bigin in the months ahead an initiative whiach .many hip hop artist have agreed to its as the best method to solve their madia problems . RAMINAS  AND N.C BROWN  another young rising artist who is also a street dancer but specailises in gosple hip hop. Its also trilling to know that this association has been working so hard thats to say this Saturday SEZAWO and HIS FELLOW MEMBERS WERE ON AIR AT THE vISION 4 building to answer questions to Setelit FM 96.5 this program took about an hour of which they express their wish to see that the cameroon english hip hop artist shuold go far and wide . they also dicused the problem of the anglophone minority problem in music politics and other touching points. Finally Sezawo Realms is organising a meeting between the Cameroon journalist and the members of this association in the Months ahead.

That film criticism may soon find space in the Cameroonian news media is something to write home about. The practice had virtually been absent, especially in the Anglophone press, yet filmmaking in the country is making great strides.

This was the basis of a two-day workshop that took place in Buea, South West Region recently, with 20 English-speaking arts journalists receiving lessons on film criticism. It was jointly organized by the German cultural centre (Geothe-Institut Kamerun) and the Cameroon Association of English Speaking Journalists, CAMASEJ.

The seminar had as resource person, Nigerian arts journalist Steve Ayorinde, and its overall objective was to encourage English-speaking journalists in Cameroon to report and do more critiques on films, especially the ones made in Cameroon by Cameroonians.

Ayorinde drilled the journalists on the basics of film criticism and writing techniques that go beyond simply narrating a film's storyline. The Nigerian film critic drew inspiration from his country's experience, today described by observers as the Nollywood success story. In an opening presentation, Ayorinde told the Nollywood story - where it came from and far it has gone. The vibrancy of the Nigerian film sector quickly translates into a rich arts reporting practice, it was established.

The Nigerian guest then encouraged his Cameroonian counterparts to be positively aggressive towards reporting the arts and to demand more space in their newspapers and airtime on radio and TV, for it.

While appreciating the workshop, some of the journalist participants said the task was going to be possible but challenging, given the paucity of Cameroonian films and the overtly commercial nature of most media outfits in the country that would always put a "publicity" tag on such stories.

Award-winning films from South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria were projected for film criticism exercises. Also lined up for projection were two Cameroonian movies, Itambi Delphine's Woman's World and Wegmuller Ikome's Not My Will.

rape, irresponsibility, HIV and AIDS characterize Beriwo, an up-coming Cameroonian movie shot on locations in Kumbo, North West Region. When it is finally released, critics and lay consumers would surely find interest in trying to understand how effectively the story's author, Peter Njodzeka exploited these themes in a purely cinematic fashion. This is because the tale in Beriwo - rape is what every mother would love to hate to hear. And if Uncle B, seemingly the character around whom the story evolves is going to be the undesirable element, the father of Beri, the protagonist will surely be vomited as well, for being a promiscuous HIV vector.

That rape and subsequently HIV and AIDS should be an impediment to abroad study ambitions is a good lesson Penjo is serving. But as the taste of the pudding lies in the eating, viewers would lose no thing in watching what is definitely going to be one of Cameroon's best selling stories in recent years.

"Beriwo is a story that I've always wanted to shoot, but the lack of appropriate equipment delayed the project," Penjo told Tiptopstars. "I'm glad it finally happened," he went on. Though the cast is virtually new, the young artists put up a surprisingly great performance. "This makes me believe that giving everyone a chance is absolutely necessary and it is by so doing that we discover new talents in the industry," Penjo explained.

Featuring in Beriwo are Bershu Mabel, Becky Mancho, Nwatum John, Kotti Aloysius, Carlton Brite, Sende Bende, Kwayela Finley, Norissa Carltons. The movie, a Penjo Entertainment Production piece will be launched in the coming weeks and will circulate in Cameroon, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa and other countries.

Cameroon is so politically uneventful. The country's economy does not usually make headlines either. Meanwhile, human interest stories which attract a considerable amount of attention easily happen without the media covering. Only few of such happenings get captured and                   reported on TV. This makes investing in news television channels quite unprofitable and probably explains why Cameroonian television media executives have hardly put up outfits that cover exclusively news. Lovers of news (Cameroon does not have many) rely mainly on CNN, BCC and EuroNews.

On the other hand, there are more Cameroonians, especially young viewers who rather find infinite pleasure in entertainment content on TV - music, cinema, showbiz talk shows, reality shows and football. This has corresponded with what cable distribution outfits have been serving their customers. Having understood this unquenchable thirst, cable distributors have carefully selected what content they beam into homes - this to the favour of two of the continent's giants, South Africa and Nigeria whose channels have completely won the Cameroonian market.

For example, in Muyuka, a small town situated a few kilometers from Buea, former capital of West Cameroon, entertainment television has had a strong grip on viewers. Homes here enjoy an interestingly wide variety of channels with ''don't - miss'' shows that pin viewers to their TVsets for long hours. When it is not the famous Big Brother on Mnet, it is Desperate Singles on Africa Magic. When it is not Call in or Hit Wave on Channel O, they are watching 30 Rock or Glee on Mnet Series.  Mnet's Comic, Legend of the Seeker and Girls House on Africa Magic are more entertainment slots that hold the attention of viewers. Tinsel on Mnet has also become a strong entertainment factor on TV. It is a popular South African series.

Zapping would also take them across channels such as Africa Magic Plus and Africa Magic Hausa where they ceaselessly savour countless appetizing movies coming from Nollywood and other countries in Africa. ''We aren't bored any more as was the case in the past. We watch movies at our will and are happy all the time,'' remarked a fan of Nigerian films.

On Mnet Series, Mnet Action and ETV, for instance, film lovers get their fair share of entertaining film productions, mostly from South Africa. Many of them reveal they fell in love with South African series following a remarkable success recorded by Rhythm City, Scandal and Backstage, some of the most famous African soap operas ever beamed to Cameroon.

As if that were not enough, cable distributors have drowned consumers in entertaining content coming from abroad via major outfits such as the French music channel TRACE, an the American MBC-Base and E Channel. Here, viewers especially youths are spoiled with spectacular video clips and latest vibes in the world of stars.

Meantime, Muyuka football lovers, most of them young boys get hooked up to channels such Supersports and Info Sports on which they spent hours watching games. Like viewers in other parts of Cameroon and Africa, they have become addicted to European League matches and the famous Champions League which the specialized sports channels give them the privilege to savour. Interesting to know is that the commentary and analysis slots on Supersports for instance have fast become quite entertaining and provide watching pleasure comparable to that derived from movies and music. Animators of such slots who include former players and journalists are enjoyed with the same degree as some of the showbiz stars that emerge on our screens every day.

A man escapes from prison where he has been for 15 years. He breaks into a house to look for money and guns and finds a young couple in bed.

I was in the restaurant yesterday when I suddenly realized I desperately

A few days after Christmas, a mother was working in the kitchen listening to her young son playing with his new electric train in the living room.

We hope you will have a pleasant and relaxing journey with us today."
As the mother began to smile, the child added, "For those of you who are pissed off about the TWO HOUR delay, please see the b*tch in the kitchen."

Set..SEZAWO how did you start and what is the major problems you are going through now in so far as music is concerned?                              

SEZAWO....Thanks alot i started as a little singer listening to great singers like BOB MARLEY 2 pac from there i developed interest in music coupled with the fact that i grew up in a GHETTO nad.....and i lost my DAD when i was still a boy you know this made me see things and life different so.....

SET....So what are some of the problems?

SEZAWO....I face financial problems you know the problem of sponsorship and getting the type of producers i want to work with.

SET....Is it true that you had a CREW called DE BLAC TRUST which does not exist again?

SEZAWO .......YA .....YA i worked so hard to see that the crew should do well with ma Bro GHETTO STUFF and other nigros but my own guy had to **** my little Angel by force you know. I dont wanna call his name coz it hurts me you know we were like brother instead i did not have too much Confidence in GHETTO STUFF but he is insteadt the good guy.....

The young rising African hip hop artist Sezawo Realms is said to have received a couple of questions from the public and fans of Saturday NJANGI conerning his up coming album. And he had presented tracks such as SOLDIERS IN AFRICA. STEP BY STEP. AND others which had rather make his friends start calling him DE AFRICAN SOLDIER this time DE RHINELAND RECORDZ are sneding out sms to inform de public about his plans to heat HOTEL GRAND CANARI AS a participator in MODELS NIGHT it is said that he is still arranging things with MARK VOW another prominent HIP HOP artist and regional co ordinator of MODELS NIGHT since SEZAWO is not a member.
