Neil works in Electroacoustic Composition, filmmaking, and installation and is a key member of Plymouth’s premier experimental music collective: Café Concrete.

Neil is continually inspired by real world events and attempts to replicate them through random, algorithmic, and generative computer behaviours in order to decode or quantize the world through composition.
